Attorney Adam Deitz Selected as Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022)

Maritime Lawyer Adam Deitz Selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star

Mariner Law, PLLC is pleased to announce that Maritime Attorney Adam Deitz was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in the practice of Transportation/Maritime law.

Super Lawyers is a Thomson Reuters rating service that recognizes outstanding lawyers from more than seventy practice areas. The selection process for Rising Stars is the same as other Super Lawyers, except candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5% of lawyers are named to the Super Lawyer Rising Stars list.  Selectees are formally nominated by their attorney peers or identified by the Super Lawyers research department.  Attorneys are not permitted to nominate themselves.  The Super Lawyers research department then independently evaluates each candidate based on twelve indicators:

·        Verdicts & Settlements

·        Transactions

·        Representative Clients

·        Experience

·        Honors/Awards

·        Special licenses/certifications

·        Position within the law firm

·        Bar and/or professional activity

·        Pro bono and community service

·        Scholarly lectures/writings

·        Education/employment background

·        Other outstanding achievements

Finally, candidates are peer evaluated by a blue ribbon panel of the highest scoring lawyers in each practice area.
